Meet Tracy
Tracy Hove, LCSW
If you're looking for a caring, compassionate, and experienced therapist and coach, look no further than Hove Counseling. As an attachment-based and trauma-informed clinician, Tracy guides clients as they discover who they are in relation to the world around them.
Tracy has been working in the field of mental health since 2004. For the first 16 years of her career she worked primarily with adolescents and their families, addressing how depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma had fractured relationships with self and others. She has worked as a primary therapist in wilderness therapy, residential centers, and boarding schools. In 2021, she transitioned to private practice, expanding her audience to adults and couples. Tracy has built her career on helping clients navigate interpersonal struggles, build healthy boundaries, and rediscover stability after chaos. She sees herself as an anchor for individuals, couples, and families.
Tracy has been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and IFS (Interpersonal Family Systems).
When out of the office, Tracy can be found in the mountains, skiing, biking, running, or just playing with her husband, two kids, and her dog.
